3 Quick Tips For De-Puffing Your Face After One Too Many Glasses Of Rose

Soooo you're back from the long weekend and you feel sluggish and so not ready to get back to work... but that's not all...

your face seems to show all the indulging you did over the weekend. The extra food, sweets and lets not forget alcohol all took a toll on your skin....your hella puffy in the face and it ain't cute. Am I right? 

Don't fret....Let's get your face all back to normal...

Here are my top 3 ways to fight the puff and get your glowing complexion back! 

1. Jade Roll- This little stone roller really is addictive! The feel of the cool stone rolling over your face will not only make your mind feel at ease but the massage will drain your lymphatic drainage which will drain the fluid away from your face. Use your favorite oil for a smoother roll that doesn't pull your skin. 

2. Cold Water- Splash cold water on your face several times. I looovve doing this when I feel puffy in the face. It's such an instant zest of refreshment for the skin! Not only will int hep to de-puff but it also constricts the capillaries  in your face so your swelling should be gone on no time! If your able to bear it...place ice in a ziploc bag and place them on your skin for a few seconds several times. 

3. Caffeine- If you have any skincare with caffeine in it (like green tea face wash or face mask) use it! Caffeine will not only purge all toxins out of your skin it will also increase circulation which will in turn get rid of the puffiness. Don't have skincare products with caffeine? Take some green tea bags, place them in hot water for about a minute or two and thhen let them cool in the fridge for a few minutes so you can place them under your eyes. Use the cooled down green tea to rinse your face with! 

These 3 easy tips for a puffy face should have your feeling...or I should say looking (the feeling part might take a bit longer 😉) like yourself again in no time!
